Chris is a full-time firefighter and is a great addition to our company 3-4 days a week.  He is also a proud new dad.

Brad is our newest addition to our company.  He brings several years experience in installation and service.  He is also a local Jamestown boy.

Ross works in installation.  His smile is always refreshing.  He is very close to his family and loves his boxer dog. 

Nancy is a graduate of the University on North Carolina at Greensboro.  She works with the office staff to see that operations run smoothly.

Rita is a graduate of Appalachian State University.  She is responsible for all the finances of this business.  She is a proud grandma.

Kelly is a graduate of the University on North Carolina at Greensboro.  She works with our customers and technicians in the area of service and maintains all our maintenance agreements.  She is married with a beautiful family.

Megan attended East Carolina University.  She works with our installation department to see that all the many steps to installing a job are completed.  She and her husband are expecting their first child.

Donnie—Comfort Consultant and Owner

Nate Certified graduate of GTI in HVAC and past instructor of HVAC at GTCC.  Has been in the HVAC business since 1973.  Responsible for all operations.

Darryl—Service Technician

Nate Certified Service Technician and graduate of GTCC Heating and AC program.  Has been working in the HVAC business since 1992.  He is happily married and the proud father of two.

Neal—Service Technician

Nate Certified Service Technician and graduate of Alamance Technical College in HVAC.  Has been working in the HVAC business since 1983.  He is happily married and loves spending time with his two boys, when he is not farming.

Steve—Lead Installer

Nate Certified Lead installer and graduate of GTCC Heating and AC program.  Has been working in the HVAC business since 1989.  Steve has two little boys that keep him and his wife very busy.

Michael—Installer

Nate certified installer and graduate of Davidson Community College in HVAC.  He adds a great attitude and work ethic to our team of installers. He has a lovely wife and 3 children.  

Robert—Service Technician

Robert is our newest service technician.  We are very excited to have him on our team.  He brings 6 years of experience and a great attitude.  He and his wife have a precious little boy and girl.

Ralph (Paw-Paw)—Delivery Guy

Paw-Paw is our go-for man.  He picks up all of our parts and equipment, delivers them to the job, and hauls all the trash away.  He adds to every job.
