To make your experience a positive one, all of our employees are trained in customer service. We also survey each job to ensure that we’ve done our job to the highest possible standards. For added support, we have a technician on call nights, weekends, and holidays in case you have an emergency.

	Neal—Service Technician Nate Certified Service Technician and graduate of Alamance Technical College in HVAC. Has been working in the HVAC business since 1983. He is happily married and loves spending time with his two boys, when he is not farming.
	Keith—Service Technician Keith is a NATE Certified Service Technician. We are very excited to have him on our team. When he is not working he is surrounded by girls, a wife and three precious daughters.
	Chris—Service Technician Chris is a NATE Certified Service Technician. He has worked for Absolute Comfort several years part-time while he was with the fire department.  After much soul searching we are honored he has chosen to come over to heating and cooling full time.  He is married and the proud Dad to a precious little boy.
	Matt—Service Technician Matt is a NATE Certified Technician. He works part time in our service department. He is married and has two children.
	Travis—Maintenance Technician Travis performs routine maintenances for our customers with Preferred Maintenance Plans. He is from Franklinville, NC and has a lovely wife and 2 kids.
	Steve—Lead Installer Steve is a NATE Certified Lead installer and graduate of GTCC Heating and Air Conditioning program. He has been working in the HVAC business since 1989. His wife and him stay very busy raising two boys.
	Michael—Installer Michael is a NATE Certified Installer and graduate of Davidson Community College in HVAC. He adds a great attitude and work ethic to our team of installers. He has a lovely wife and three children.
	Ross—Installer Ross is one of our installation professionals. He always brings a smile, which boosts morale for the team and makes our customers feel enlightened. He is very close to his family and loves his Boxer dog.
	Rod—Installer Rod serves us as an installation professional.  He is from Greensboro and has a wonderful wife and 2 darling kids.  He has a love for music and brings a great attitude to our work place.
	Jeff—Installer Jeff is our newest member of our installation crew. His pleasant demeanor and good humor makes him a pleasure to have on our team. He resides in High Point and enjoys playing golf during his spare time.

	Susan—Service Dispatcher Susan retired from Guilford County after 25 years of service and has now joined our team here at Absolute Comfort. She has two married children and one grandson, AJ, who love to help his Grandma Sue with her garden. She is also an officer with Triad Highland Games and enjoys exploring her Scottish Heritage.
